Scope and Topics

JNKKK invites original empirical research, systematic literature reviews, clinical case reports in occupational health, and policy evaluations. Core domains of inquiry include, but are not limited to:

  • Occupational Medicine & Industrial Health: Work-related injuries, occupational diseases, ergonomics, industrial toxicology, occupational respiratory/dermatological disorders, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.

  • Community Medicine & Preventive Health: Community-oriented primary care, family medicine practice, epidemiology of communicable and non-communicable diseases, health risk appraisals, and lifestyle interventions.

  • Occupational Safety & Health Management: OHS management systems (ISO 45001/SMK3 implementation), safety risk assessment methodologies, accident investigation, safety climate, and emergency preparedness in industrial settings.

  • Environmental & Workplace Hygiene: Industrial ventilation, physical/chemical/biological hazard monitoring, personal protective equipment (PPE) efficiency, and environmental health risk assessment.

  • Health Promotion & Behavioral Safety: Workplace wellness programs, mental health and psychosocial risks at work (burnout/stress management), and community health education models.
